Product description IN Switch's Voice Server consists on a complete audio resource set, including audio cards and a software driver that acts as an interface between configuration and control applications and the audio resources. This interface is XML based, and offers the possibility of accessing a complete set of audio commands that allows the creation of all kind of voice services. The set of commands includes: conversation members addition, sample playing throughout a conversation, conversation recording, digits acquire, and so on, thus for instance, using this product alouds the operators to offer a conference service without time waste. It is also feasible to send the XML commands trough a TCP/IP connection, so the audio resources can be managed remotely. The audio resources are dynamically assigned, maximizing the performance and use of the DSPs. |
