Billing, Charging and Centralized Provisioning of Value Added Services (VAS) for Prepaid and Postpaid customers

Product Description

The VAS Convergence platform comprises two main systems: a real time VAS Billing System, and a VAS Provisioning System.

VAS Convergence does GPRS traffic rating and billing according to data volume or content transmitted, thru CAMEL Phase 3 call control and simultaneous monitoring of the Gn interface. It comprises all the VAS offered over GPRS (MMS, WAP, PoC and any content provider's APN to which the subscriber has established a connection).

It also implements billing mediation of VAS providers (balance inquire, information and prepaid and postpaid customers billing). VAS Convergence is able to centralize provisioning of VAS for prepaid and postpaid customers providing mediation interfaces that interconnect with other telecommunication network components (VAS platforms, MSC/HLR, etc).
